The Smart Home

As the first site in France to deal comprehensively with the issues of ageing and disability, the Smart Home has become a reality.

It responds to a highly topical issue: how to support the aging population in our society (disabilities, dependency, etc.).

The Smart Home at IUT Blagnac – Université de Toulouse Jean Jaurès stands out for its original approach. It is the fruit of a partnership between the project’s sponsors and financiers, whether academic, institutional or industrial. First and foremost is the Blagnac town council, the main financial backer and a partner convinced of the importance of this project and the applications it will generate.
